Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and workplace concerns.
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Coordinate training and development initiatives.
Monitor attendance, leave records, and employee documentation.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company regulations, and HR best practices.
Support employee engagement activities and workplace culture initiatives.
Prepare HR reports and maintain documentation for audits and management review.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in an HR role (entry-level candidates may also be considered).
Knowledge of HR principles, employment laws, and recruitment practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience with HRIS or recruitment software is an advantage.
