Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
2. 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer, with at least 2 years in a leadership or team lead role.
3. Proficiency in front-end technologies: JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS.
4. Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, Zustand.
5. Strong back-end development experience with Node.js, Express.js.
6. Knowledge of RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
7. Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and ORM tools like Prisma or Mongoose.
8. Familiarity with Firebase and front-end performance optimization techniques.
9. Experience with Git version control (GitHub, GitLab) and CI/CD pipelines.
10. Hands-on experience deploying applications on AWS, Azure.
11. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, SDLC, and DevOps practices.
12. Knowledge of authentication, authorization, and security standards (JWT, OAuth, RBAC).
13. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team collaboration skills.
